  • How to handover control over an account to another person?

Is there a way to safely handover control over an account from one person to another person - without just creating a new account and transfering all the assets? Maybe because it's a well-known (asset issueing) account with many trustlines.

In case person A sells such an account to person B, I assume that person A still knows the seed (or private key), therefore B must assume that she is not the only one with control over this account.

Maybe there is a creative way to accomplish the objective nevertheless. What's your view?

Probably something with multisig. You say that at least 2 out of 3 signatures are required to perform a transaction. The past owner stays out of the picture.
You keep 2 keys for making transactions.
