Pedity You can find the screenshots on google play store as @overcat posted below.
Firefly is multi-asset wallet , you can add assets(trust assets) by typing in the domain of the asset which using the standard stellar.toml to record its asset info.
the next version of firefly will have fully support on sep0006 for deposit/withdraw assets.

What's the difference between Address book and Contacts?

Address Books and Contacts are really confusing. the Contacts is for native Stellar network address/user , and the address book is for other info when used in deposit/withdraw assets.
it will be fixed/improved in next version.

If so, please delete the trust line and then make the trust line again.
after a few minites, try to deposit ETH again.

I have version 2, can't figure out how to add another BTC / ETH asset from apay.io, which is SEP-0006 compatible.
Funding -> deposit
Asset selectbox is empty

Trade center -> add
shows only XLM <-> XLM, can't change anything

umbrel oh, actually managed to add it to my assets, now it's in deposit selectbox.
When I press it - deposit info doesn't show anything, only copy success, but when I paste - nothing.

What's the best way to debug?

you should clone the source code and run it in browser to debug.
