For this SBC 2018, I'll build Facebook Messenger chatbot hot wallets.

Features for this round
1. Use chat conversation to query account data from horizon.
2. Use web view to let user sign tx directly with horizon.
3. Keep only encrypted public key with user defined password
4. Link user with Stellar public key so user can send XLM by mention @ USERNAME
5. Notify when account balance change.

katopz what bot platform are u using for this

savebattgo There's no NL for this round, it should handle only shorthand command (symbolic) or simple word/quick reply/list only so no specified platform yet.

I still explore for platform that can do universal chatbot e.g. https://github.com/claudiajs/claudia-bot-builder
but from my test, upload to AWS lamba is too slow. https://github.com/catcatio/poc-chatbot-aws-lamda
