For the March 2018 SBC, I propose to build:
1. A service that provides payment notifications as webhooks (like https://www.blockcypher.com/dev/bitcoin/#using-webhooks). Will be useful for building payment solutions.
2. Bots notifying of transactions involving your address (for Messenger, Slack, Telegram, possibly RocketChat), using the service from #1.
3. A browser extension that acts as a wallet, allowing you to make payments from within your browser (like MetaMask, only prettier) (would also use the service from #1).
4. Bots that let you make payments (sort of like PapayaBot, but you keep your keys to yourself) -- using the extension from #3.
Would love your feedback. I'm pretty new to Stellar, but I like what I see so far, and would love to help the project.
