For the SBC our team will be producing a standalone service to facilitate sending lumens to any email address without a StellarID.
Our service will handle escrowing the senders funds, notifying the receiver of their lumens, merging the escrowed lumens wallet to a nominated wallet address, and returning the lumens to sender if the lumens are unclaimed after 48 hrs.
Whilst it is not required to integrate with a wallet platform we are also talking with wallet providers to advertise this service to their users so it gains adoption.
In the future we would like to extend the service for mobile phone numbers.
