Transactions not appearing in testnet ledger

I've been submitting test transactions to the testnet via stellar labs, ie. using Horizon.

But as of this morning (NZ time), the transactions have not been appearing. It looks like the transactions go through, ie. I get a confirmation from Horizon, but the ledger sequence number is ahead of the live ledger by several hundred values.

Here's an example of a response I received from Horizon for ledger 7644807.

I am having the same issue! What is the procedure for letting someone know the Stellar Test net is having problems? Hopefully this can get resolved soon.

@notruthless roughly speaking, what part of the world are you in?

I'm in NZ. I'm postulating that geography has a part to play. Horizon is still saying the ledger resource is missing. I wonder whether there's some "catchup" needed with respect to the actual ledger, ie. is this just a cache coherency issue??

In terms of contacting Stellar. I've simply used the contact form on their main website in the past.

It looks like the ledger on the horizon test-net is not updating. The last ledger reported by Horizon was closed at around 9:18 pm UTC.

I've sent Stellar a heads-up.
