Abot - Notification robots for stellar network in IMs

There are rare wallets that will notify you operation about your stellar account in the backend, so I want to create robots that can listen to the stellar network and notify you in time when the change of your account such as payment and offer management happened. I think if you can have more control over your account, you can avoid many issues, for example, if you can find some weird operation regarding your account in time, you can immediately take measures or notify others.

I noticed that there are some projects using email to notify subscribers, however, I don't think email is effective enough because people don't check email frequently (at least in China, email is not that popular). Instead, I will use IM(Instant messaging) software such QQ and Telegram to notify the subscribers. I believe that the robot for QQ can serve most of the xlm holders in China since QQ have 850 million active accounts in China. At the same time, robot for Telegram can serve the xlm holders outside China.
