But the guy says he’s going to be a “crypto bank” and isn’t giving any contact, identity, office address, legal proofs that he is entitled to manage money or stocks.
If he wants to issue fiat anchors, he’ll need licences. KYC compliance and tons of extremely complicated stuff.
What are the financial institutions he is working with? What is the team? What bank accounts? What jurisdiction? Gibraltar, Malta, United States?

This is very weird. One can’t promote this kind of project anonymously.

Seems a bit premature to promote for the SBC in that case.
From the previous rounds, they want apps that are in production, not just proof-of-concepts.

Nice looking GUI on the surface but I did login and I couldn't trade anything.

It's not clear what the plan is for this exchange. It seems like you want to accept Lumens then allow virtual trading based on other market data. If this is true then what happens if the market goes down and people withdraw their Lumens?
