Raiser
Creates an account
Sets his destination address
Setup an escrow account
Signed by both parties.
Investor
Sends funds to the escrow account
Get updates from raiser
Workflow
If a deadline is set, on expiration the fund is returned to the investor.
Otherwise, the raised amount go to the raiser, i.e. the project creator.
Fee
2% of the total raised amount.
No minimum.
