The Block Reward Project - BlockReward.art - is a series of 6x6 inch 'blocks' inspired by the ongoing cryptocurrency revolution. Every stellar wallet needs at least 0.5 lumens to remain open and a small amount to conduct transactions using the 50 Block Reward Art Tokens. Ideally, Stellar will grant the project enough lumens to help automate the creation of the accounts and fund the initial 0.5 lumens for each new paper wallet. FYI, token reward process will mimic the block reward mining schedule of BTC. Are you familiar with it?

Satoshi Nakamoto programmed the mining reward to half every 210,000 blocks. The early miners received 50 bitcoins per block solved. It then halved to 25, and I believe it's now at 12.5.

Can you imagine if there was enough collaboration to make it to the first halving of the Block Reward Art Token? Over 210,000 art pieces (resulting in 210,000 more Stellar accounts) created by artists all over the world, all being shared on social media and hopefully displayed in homes. I think it would go a long way to helping promote crypto adoption and usage. At least that's the dream. Hopefully Stellar supports it with a lumens grant so that I can build an automated process to generate the paper wallets that ship with each art piece.
