In most time zones (US and Europe including) it's still Thursday, March 15th.
Only in few eastern time zones from UTC +6 on it's already Friday, March 16th: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/?sort=2

I don't understand though. The deadline was only March 15th without a timezone. Why was it closed just at a random time on March 15th? Doesn't make sense to me.

It should be officially closing at 3:00PM PST today. Apologies for the temporary downtime on it, but it's working currently. 3:00PM is official cut off though, so make sure you get your submissions in before then!

Can we please still submit? We did not know there would be a closing time until now.
We worked so hard all these weeks, it would be great to still be able to submit the project.

Wait since when was there a form? The instructions all along had been to post in GalacticTalk and tag it as SBC.

For the longest time the SBC page was out of date, and there's no mention at all of this TypeForm. We submitted our project before the March 1st deadline by posting it on Galactictalk. We've worked on our project for months now. I didn't even know a TypeForm existed until today, now.

Yes, it was mentioned on stellar.org. You had to post your project on Galactictalk by March 1st for feedback from the community and submit your project officially by March 15th using the form.

The problem is there was no exact time mentioned. So now submissions are closed but it's still March 15th

Could we please have another chance for all the devs who made the March 1st deadline? Especially as Stroopy mentioned, it is still March 15. For our team, it's currently 6:00PM pacific time, 9:00PM eastern time. And we were only informed knew about the cutoff time today.

At this point, the sbc is closed and the judging process is officially underway.

This doesn't mean you're not eligible for the next sbc thought!

Next SBC we will do a better job communicating the deadline as well as the application process. Each one is an opportunity for improvement!
