The bump sequence operation will be added to the network to provide support for Lightning Networks, and is being discussed on issue 53.
I have a question, but since I haven't yet read enough about it, maybe wouldn't be a good ideia to post directly in the issue, so I hope it's better here.
So, what happens after the sequence number of an account is bumped to INT64_MAX
(9223372036854775807 or 0x7fffffffffffffff), and you try to send a new operation from that account?
If it fails, wouldn't that be creating a way to lock an account, but that instead of needing high threshold, like setting the master signer weight to 0, it only needs low threshold?
