    InnovationInvestments Did you try slack? There is always someone from stellar.org hanging out in the slack. It's also Easter Sunday, so you will maybe need to wait a few days until people get back to work.

      InnovationInvestments just want to add that you don't need SDF to launch ICO on Stellar, you just need to find developers to do that. SDF might recommend someone, but they are not doing it themselves.
