Trading tutorial: Kraken

I am working on a tutorial for using the Kraken exchange to buy and sell Stellar lumens.

Briefly, I intend to cover:
1. Introduction
2. Registration
- Advanced options during registration
3. Verification tiers
4. Funding your account
5. Buying and selling lumens
- Advanced trading options
6. Conclusion/Additional notes

If anyone has an idea of what else should be covered in the tutorial or has faced a specific hurdle with lumens on Kraken, I would be happy to do my best to include more details on the subject.

I anticipate the tutorial to be done in a few days.
