I was think the tx fee for trading it's just a small fixed fee .00001 XLM.
I just want to know, can issuer for the CNY/EURT derivative for example, implement trade fee?
Can issuer changing trade fee ?
Is it set when you create a token? Or is it possible to change it in the future?
P.S. If not, how to stronghold can do that? https://stronghold.co/fees/
P.P.S. Or it will be implemented at the client-side (on the stronghold exchange?) and regular trading will be with fixed .00001xlm fee?
