Hello, I'd like to enter into the SBC for Aug 15th; my project will cover an end-to-end tutorial for standing up Stellar Core (and Horizon) on Windows - and in Microsoft Azure. As someone new to Stellar, I'm finding some of the documentation and resources for troubleshooting a build, installation, and/or a running instance a bit sparse. Specifically, I'd like to walkthrough a non-trivial installation (something other than the quickstart container/images) to help people understand how to setup core/horizon in what could be a starting point for a production-grade environment.
