Building on top of Stellar

Hey there guys, Tides.Network here.

Is anyone else building on top of stellar? I know theres the stablecoins and the DEX interfaces and token issuance tools but I'm not seeing many real world solutions being bulit on Stellar, perhaps we've missed them. We'd love to see other projects building on top of stellar to provide real world solutions to problems.
