Hi All,

Hope someone can give me some advice, i have an Astral wallet and use google authentication to generate a key to log in along with my username and password, i lost my phone recently but got anew one yesterday, i downloaded google authentication which is associated to the same google account but when i opened it Astral was not on the list of authentication keys so i am unable to log in to my wallet, any advise would be great.

Unfortunately I don't think it matters whether you downloaded from the same google account. You would need to re-add Astral using the manual reset keys that were provided to you. If you didn't write them down I believe the only way to recover would be to contact astral support to have them reset your 2FA.
