I'm a Stellar nerd so willing to go through some hurdles to save a wire transfer fee, I want to use the stellar network to transfer/withdraw USD funds from our corporate US bank account to NTD deposited to our corporate bank account in Taiwan. Is this possible with IBM Blockchain World Wire or any other partner?
