There is some exciting news to share from Monetran today! The Moneda token was minted this morning and the asset account funded with a full 40% of the proceeds received in our first closing. This is the important first step in establishing the cryptocurrency we all hope will become a universally accepted medium of exchange for transactions on the internet.
Our next goal will be to secure additional funding in order to begin construction of the Monetran app. The app will enable access to the Stellar network, the platform which will give us the ability to perform swift, economical transactions of any amount - even those of less than $1. Once the app is completed, it shouldn't be long before we are open for business.
Once again, I'd like to thank all of our investors for sharing our vision of Monetran. Without you, Monetran would be little more than a concept instead of a company with assets, which it became today.
