Yesterday I received a feature request from SDF for operations data export on StellarExpert. Implementing this functionality with a fancy interface will take some time, so I expect it to be ready in Q2 2019.
For now, if you need all your payments/trades data for the 2018 year, drop me a personal message with your account address and email. I'll export your operations history in CSV format (operation id, UTC timestamp, memo, operation details) and send the file back to you by email.
P.S. Please request the data export only if you really need it. I created a script that allows me to export operations history for any account in semi-automatic mode; nevertheless, it still requires some manual actions. If you don't need the data right now, please wait a few months for the automatic operations history export.
