WINWIN Chain Technology, a company in Shenzhen, China, used Stellar to build a supply chain financial system for the government of Daqing City in Heilongjiang Province, and the connection test has been successful.
According to the briefing, the report, issued by Daqing City Bureau of industry and information technology, has pointed out that large oil-chemical enterprises should be encouraged to develop supply chain financing, purchase order financing and receivables financing, warehousing financing and other services, so as to help upstream and downstream firms improve financing efficiency and reduce financing costs.
