Mannabase.com implementation of Stellar stablecoin(s).
Summary:
Mannabase.com is an online social platform that provides global users with a social dividend (Universal Basic Income) and direct giving solutions that aim to gamify giving. We are seeking to integrate stablecoins built on Stellar to help facilitate this mission to empower humanity.
Goals:
1.) Develop enterprise level solutions for governments and organizations for direct resource transfer and basic income implementations using Stellar stablecoin(s).
2.) Create consumer level solutions to reward content creators and gamify giving utilizing Stellar stablecoin(s).
Description:
Mannabase is creating a sustainable universal basic income and a global network for giving in order to help alleviate global poverty, bank the unbanked, and connect the world in more meaningful ways.
So far, we have developed a one user, one account protocol and created the Manna digital asset that is distributed on a weekly basis to all verified users as a social dividend. We are currently developing the social network and gamification features which will be released starting Summer 2019. Mannabase will be incorporating a white labelled stablecoin called the MannaDollar on the Stellar ledger by partnering with Stronghold.co to accomplish this. This will be the first step toward working directly on the Stellar protocol to add value not only to our existing user experience but to the Stellar ecosystem as a whole.
Why is Mannabase and this program valuable for Stellar:
-Expose our 100k users to the Stellar ecosystem.
-Create meaningful, real world solutions that furthers the Stellar mission.
-Increase transaction volume for Stellar stablecoins and provide impactful use cases for them.
How this project will utilize Stellar:
Mannabase has identified Stellar as an industry leader in stablecoins. We will be utilizing these stablecoins starting with Stronghold’s USDS in coordination with our platform to enable the following offerings:
-Government basic income and direct resource transfers.
-Global philanthropic aid.
-Children’s savings programs (Global baby bond).
-Direct support for content creators.
Mannabase currently has the following built:
-Create a verified, unique online identity.
-Receive a weekly social dividend in Manna.
-Have a secure online wallet to send and receive Manna.
Mannabase is working on the following:
-Individual and organizational users to create and post content.
-Reward other users posts and content within and outside of the platform using Manna and MannaDollar.
-Create a giving portfolio that allows users to organize and distribute all their giving in one place. This would include organizations, content creators, groups in need, and individuals.
-Incorporate enterprise level solutions for direct giving to specified groups.

The Manna project was created in 2015 shortly after Stellar’s inception. We, like Stellar, created a non-profit organization and received our 501(c)(3) tax exempt status as well.
