Description:
As a Buyer using Cguro you know your money is safe and if your products do not arrive or arrive damaged your money will be returned to you.
How it works :
Buyer and Seller agree to use Cguro:
Buyer pays Cguro: The Buyer submits the payment of the products he wants to buy to Cguro, Cguro verifies the payment and the Seller is notified that funds have been secured in Cguro.
Seller sends the product to Buyer: Upon payment verification, the Seller sends the products to the Buyer.
Buyer receives the products: The Buyer receives the products and verifies their condition and based on it accepts or decline.
If the Buyer accept the products: Cguro releases the funds to the Seller from the Escrow Account.
If the Buyer decline the reception: A dispute process is initiated by Cguro.
Why is it valuable for Stellar:
This project will participate in enabling Stellar for the retail industry and open its doors, additionally it provides user with the safety that many need in order to make the final steps to joining our community
How CGURO utilizes Stellar:
We use stellar as a transactional core, both for the escrow accounts and for the integration of payment methods (fiat and crypto anchors), Additionally, we implemented the federation protocol to enable users to make payments simply with their phone number.
