You mean an anchor issuing Hryvnia? I don't think there are any :-( The ledger contains only 4 issuers of token UAH but they have no activity, so I guess it was just somebody testing things.
Generally speaking, there aren't many anchors supporting this specific currencies. Even big ones like EUR or JPY are underrepresented on Stellar ledger.
Maybe if you could be more specific about your use case, you can get better advice on how to achieve that with Stellar.
