Stargazer "Close Account"

Hey there. I'm looking for some help. I used the "Close Account" in Stargazer 1.7 to send my Lumens to Binance using the address and memo id they gave me but the funds haven't turned up. Stargazer now appears empty ans there's no TXid to check. If I enter the Stargazer address on StellarChain it doesn't list any records. Where have the funds gone and is it possible to retrieve them?

You'll have to talk to Binance.. They probably only look for direct payments, and not account merges, which is what "close account" is using. The funds are with Binance.
