### Project title: XanPool - Instant, Seamless, Fiat Gateway into Stellar
### Summary:
XanPool is the world's first automated Peer-to-peer Crypto to Local currrency platform (AKA a “fiat gateway”). Instantly executing and settling transactions without taking custody of customer funds.
Our solution will make it possible for anyone to easily purchase and sell XLM. (even tiny amounts) using local fiat currencies. (Our first goal)
We will subsequently open up the fiat gateway APIs so that can be easily integrated into various wallets so that any can also easily top up their XLM wallets. (Our second goal)
Success for us would be if can can allow institutions and retail users of XLM to on and off board regardless of their infrastructural limitations.
Timeline:
Phase 1 (Will take us 20 working days):
1.) Integration of $XLM feature on XanPool
1a.) Backend for matching orders
1b.) Front-end and UI/UX for Buying of $XLM via ALL the payment methods available on XanPool
Phase 2 (Will take us 10 -15 working days):
2.a) Testing and bug fixes for $XLM feature on XanPool
2.b.) Having $XLM functionality on XanPool audited by third party (Horangi)
Phase 3 (Will take us 5 working days):
3.a.) Final preparation for $XLM feature release on XanPool
3.b.) Rollout $XLM purchase/sale feature for all XanPool’s users.
### Description:
What does XanPool enable users to do?
XanPool will enable anybody to on and offboard using their local currency into XLM. (XanPool is currently mostly only supported in Asian countries. We're adding new locations every month).
Why is your project valuable for Stellar?
We will provide an antifragile method of entering into the stellar lumen ecosystem using the local currency, and local payment methods that your users are used to. They will no longer have to buy USD, send USD to exchange, Buy BTC, then Buy XLM with btc.
Using XanPool users will be able to go from their local currency into XLM, instantly, and without giving up custody of their assets. (see video in "Link" section) And since XanPool is a webapp, any device with a browser is able to utilize it
