I would like to request a small proposal fund of $250 to $500 to incentivize and privex to add Stellar Lumens to Steem-Engine which has added BTC, LTC, DOGE, BCH, BTS, EOS, Telos is now adding ethereum and XLM is on the list, however to get it done faster and to acquire a few thousand XLM top airdrop as XLMp pegged XLM on steem blockchain we can ask for this proposal grant.
Please guide me to the correct formatting and protocol for this, but i assure you this project https://Steem-Engine.com DEX is an important social media blockchain layer and we should give it the chance, as i can airdrop 16 thousand XLM to the top 16 thousand steem accounts and start sending XLM over discord steem tip bots like banjo.ackza.org and we could end up with hundreds of thousands of new XLm users.
