Project title: Unified Tokenization, Trading & Custody platform
Summary: A platform to tokenize, trade (P2P) and take custody of assets
Goals: An end to end user friendly platform for tokenizing assets, distributing them and also a cloud backed wallet to take custody of these assets.
Description: The platform is a web application that enables issuers (asset holders) to tokenize their assets on the Stellar chain. Distribute them in a secure way to investors or create a Security Token Offering.
Minimum Viable Product
Following features are currently available:
- Tokenization of debt, equity and FIAT (stable coin)
- Token invitations via email (a CSV file with email addresses of the investors is required)
- Token acceptance flow for investors
- Three Options to use a wallet
- Wallet where the private keys is backed up to the user's google accout
- 3rd party wallet
- Private/Public key pair is generated and provided by PDF for safekeeping
- Bulletin board to discover sell offers and trade the tokens on a peer-to-peer basis
- Capital distribution (interest and amortization) for Debt tokens
Roadmap
- Compliance features for debt and equity tokens (e.g. integration with KYC providers, buy/sell restrictions)
- Capital distribution for equity
- Functionality to integration Stable coin with Anchor bank deposit account
- On-ramp for FIAT to lumens/stable coins
- Payment processing features (merchant solutions)
