New form of address creation

Description:
Introducing a new form for creating a Stellar account on Scopuly Web. Now it's even more intuitive and user-friendly. Responsive for mobile devices.

Now to create a Stellar account, you need to go through just 5 simple steps (https://scopuly.com/auth/create):

Local wallet name
Personal encryption password
Get recovery phrase
Get a recovery token
Set (optional) short federation address

It was possible to reduce the number of steps when designing this form, but we decided that it is better to break all these things into separate steps and not mix 2 tasks into one screen.

We also added the creation of a short federation address. At the last step, it is proposed (optionally) to set the federation address.
