Can some one tell can I add a exchange to my website for my token

Hello we are new to stellar we have an online platform open source we do online education and right now we are launching in Mexico self funding. we created the JGN token which we have teachers and students that will be using our educational token the JGN to purchase online school supplies books and paying for classes using the token. Our problem is we are verified. I believe we have added the toml to our site wha we need it to figure out how and the next way it will work. I know they can purchase our tokens but then how do we accept them for the purchases and cash them back in at the price how can we set that up so they are not just buying tokens given them back to us for the products and we lose out. There are about 120000 ready to back us right now with in the educational industry hee in mexico and we are also paying our teachers salary weekly with the tokens what we need to figure out is how can we get a exchange connected to the site and have them purchase right there and be able to control it ourselves we are doing a small ICO launch on the 26th and only allow 25% to be ever sold to the public because we want to raise the funds to expand into the United States in 6month and Canada afterwards where we already have investors and permissions we need a geek that can help us get the payment system together and on our site and become part of the team. Can anyone recommend or help us? We only have about a week to have everything ready in the area of payment on the site. Everything else is done. The JGN tokens and our websites are www.joingrowth.com.mx and joingrowth.education which is our actual landing site with all the info and our android app is at google play joingrowth lite need help. The program will find children that cannot afford education online and allow the teachers to supplement their salaries. We also when creating the token ended up adding them to the exchange with stellar but the price is wrong can we correct this¡?
