Smart Contracts

Hi,
I would like to know more about the Stellar Smart Contracts and exactly how complex a contract Stellar can handle.
I mean how far away is Stellar from handling the type of contracts that run on Eth?
I have heard Turing is coming soon, can anyone explain exactly what this will allow.
