Sending Custom Asset (Token) without Trustline

If I want to send my friend some coins from my newly created token's distributor account, currently they have to establish a trustline with the issuing account. Is there a way around this so that I can send some tokens to my friend's XLM account directly without the need of any trustline like ERC-20/TRC-20 does? Otherwise, how do exchanges create trust line for each new user who wants to get this asset?

cora2mars you can't, no one can get custom assets they don't trust and there is no way around to skip the trustline step

You can create a claimable balance for the token you want to send. Your friend can then claim the balance and in the same step set up a trustline. I've built a tool for the claiming part: https://balances.lumens.space/

Most exchanges use a single account to represent many users holdings and keep a private ledger of who has how many coins. Additionally I don't know of any Stellar assets that are listed on mainstream exchanges. It wouldn't be hard for an exchange to write a script to automatically add a trustline when a user wants to add a new asset. StellarX and LOBSTR handle it just fine
