I only recently heard about Stellar, a friend of mine (user BeanBoi) mentioned it in passing during a conversation. I have researched and looked into cryptocurrency in the past and have never once come across Stellar. Were it not for a chance occurrence and word of mouth I would have never heard of Stellar.
I propose that Stellar invest more time an energy into social media and online blogs/videos to increase the prominence and popularity of the company. Their twitter has little over 12,000 followers and I couldn't even find a Facebook page for them. Being more active in the realm of social media by making a Facebook page to better interact with users, posting videos on a blog, or even an e-newsletter could serve to spread the word of Stellar's existence across the globe and make the brand appealing to a much wider potential user base.
