I used an exchange to try and get some XRP with XLM. I sent the wrong address to the exchange. I accidently sent my own XLM address, now it has been sent by my crypto company and they will not return it till I can prove that it belongs to the address on my account. They sent instructions on how to do so, but they are VERY CONFUSING. Any one know how to do that?
