Trezor wallet is loading the wrong account?

Just tried using the account viewer and my trezor is not loading the correct key.
I can see on the exchange i use the public key i originally transfered to and it differs from what my trezor is loading.
I dont remember getting a seed or anything else during the account creation.
How do i get access to my coins?

There are two possibilities:

You sent the coins to the wrong address
You are checking the incorrect path

If you want you can download xBull Wallet (it's an extension wallet) from the chrome store and connect your Trezor (read the documentation here).

When you connect it to a Trezor, the wallet by default will show you the first 4 account in your wallet, if you click in Load more accounts it will show you 4 more.

If none of these is your account it means you sent the coins to the wrong account

NOTE: Also, remember that you can use a passphrase with you Trezor so make sure you are using the correct one

The same thing happen to me and I'm sure Trezor has a problem with their device.

I connect my Trezor to Exodus and did one transaction Receive then Sending successfully.
Then, couple days later, both my exodus and trezor.io account do not load the right wallet.

I'm 100% sure I 've never set up a passphrase.

Please, if anyone finds the solution to this. I' ve put a lot of money in there
