Hi I'm new to all this but not finance, I love my Lobstr Wallet but after that CoinMarketCap.com hack/glitch my Lobstr Wallet shorted me 000 on numerous swaps I didn't catch as the amount in USD matched each swap and shows value yet when I swap it's 1/10 - 1/1000 the value in USD not all assets are affected 1/2 are - esp the small coins that show USD Value as xx.xxx are .00000x as if funds are siphoned off and the value pasted on to fool me. I noticed this with the XLM Swap for 300,000,000 AMP (limitedStellar) should have been 300,000,000,000 the live graph data stopped on Dec 17 & I thought it was a rug pull & converted to a USDC 50,000,000 at a time & filmed the transactions showing the exchange rate folding each time It seems to be moving into other assets that were on par with value/amount I'm checking it by swapping coin for stable dollar in Lobstr wallet then looking at the trade back with 1/2 its perfect & the other 1/2 doesn't register being under a penny or $0.12 for $100* this wallet allowed me to diversity with nifty small coins. I haven't heard back from Lobstr support I transferred xlm and mobi and several others out of the lobstr wallet successfully but many of the other coins simply have no value despite being valued on lobster additionally transferring the coins out of lobster to something else isn't working unless I convert them to xlm which is kind of scary at this point because some work and some don't so if I just leave it sit there it feels like it's just going to be hollowed out. Below is what I wrote in toto in 2 emails after Lobstr Support sent me conf email. I have a bunch of wallets now (ugh) & would really prefer to use Lobstr AFTER this BUG(?) is fixed. I'm going to take out what I can & leave the other to be repaired (?) waiting & haven't heard anything about like actions. I know I'm a noob and going on a bit but anything you could do to help me out here if to understand it would be greatly appreciated. I got a whole bunch of people into crypto just this last month of finding it. I know this is the wave of the future and want to be a part of it but if people can reach in and manipulate the wallet so it looks like you have funds when you don't that's bad I know all about this in the banking world. Crypto is the cure for all that unless a new means of fraud is available now. If anyone wants a copy of the videos and stills showing the swaps and the value discrepancies please let me know my email is in here or here I haven't used this before thanks again peace

Hello happy Tuesday thank you for providing me this acknowledgment of support ticket, I do have some additional information that I gathered that was not mentioned in my first correspondence that you responded to here.
I overlooked the fact that I had traded for an amount of coins that equaled the total dollar amount+- shown in the wallet next to each asset.
Example: NOSHIT $8.00 reflects 300,000,000 units when it should be 300,000,000,000 units. 3 zeros (000) are missing. Yet the total balance of the asset in the Lobstr wallet shows 300 Billion worth of NOSHIT as a $ total of $8.00 which was acquired in the swap yet the NOSHIT 300M = 10% of that The $ amt doesn't jive with the amount of tokens.
This same thing is going on with other assets coming in at a fraction of what is stated.
The AMP I swapped for (see ledger) radically changed on each swap.
I appreciate your looking into this. Other assets seem unaffected. I moved XLM & MOBIUS without incident from Lobstr to Mobius wallet all good.
The Lobstr swap seems infected & removing the Value of the coins but showing all is well untill a swap back with the exact same coins showing the loss of value while maintaining the view.
This is just a partial view of the Lobstr Wallet, I'm assuming you guys have the address etc. The whole thing can be compromised please check and replace to corrected & unwind the AMP transactions to the USD stable coin ( https://www.anchorusd.com/) which was under $12.00 and replace that to where it was as well as repair the digits where necessary. I love this app and it recommended it to many people in the short period of time I've had it. if you want the videos showing the wild fluctuations and the devaluation's as I was trading just ask.
I'm afraid of DOING ANYTHING AT ALL on Lobstr untill I hear back from you guys.
Thanks again, I hope this helps. Happy Tuesday!
Peace

Hi, Happy Tuesday!
I found a glitch thing in the Lobstr Wallet that is replicating.
My AMP (Limited Stellar) 300,000,989 shares that I swapped XLM for AMP in my Lobstr wallet last week for around that coinmarketcap.com glitch that made everybody a trillionaire.
A day or 2 later my wallet value zoomed up some $800 because of the AMP value rise (not the CoinMarketCap glitch) then it went down in increments to $140 then $70. I took a closer look when it hit $69.00 and noticed that the graph ended Dec 17* and wasn't updating. We are new to crypto & figured it was a rug pull. When I went to see it from the perspective of trading it for USDC* it came up as being $9.00* We got a warning of not a favorable rate asking to try smaller amount. Not wanting to loose any more I traded at 50 million increments of amp to a USD stablecoin* and recorded the processes on the screenshot recorder. Each time I made a trade the exchange rate for the AMP doubled leading me to believe that my 301M shares were the only ones in the system and I was driving the price down by 1/2 on each trade. I ended up with $10 and change leaving a tiny few shares in the wallet. A point was brought up that I made the price change by selling this so I tested it by trading a couple bucks back in from the stable coin leaving me with 1,200,000* coins valued at $2.30* doing the math on this it looked like my coins were worth an excess of $600.00 at the time of my trade which I wouldn't have done if I would have had the right numbers, but I was only credited for $10+chg of stable coin ,(I hope I'm saying this right) the lobstr wallet hooked AMP back up to graph chart updating to current market and date.
fearing a complete breakdown of lobstr I went to test another asset worth under 20 bucks total and swapped 1/2 of it for another coin and everything looks fine I got the right value for value but when I switch the swap around with that handy button in the middle my new coin that had the same value as the existing coin having dividing it in half was now valueless being under a penny and not showing value on the register. I'm seeing other assets that stops broadcasting the graph a couple days ago and believe that that's got the same problem in it. can you look at my register and correct this I know that swaps and purchases and sells are permanent but this one was not my fault and due to some kind of glitch you have and that glitch is spreading to the new asset I purchased via a swap with existing asset through lobstr. I love your wallet I've got a whole bunch of them now. I was able to move my 509 mobi out without incidence to a mobi wallet.
I'm just getting into this stuff I really like the lobstr wallet and would rather not have to transfer everything out and go through all that but if it means being able to keep and grow the coins them I really don't have a choice.
Can you make an exception for unwinding my panic swaps under these conditions of having an internal glitch running in Lobstr. I don't want to be the deciding article for not trusting crypto. I really believe in this technology and really like the transparency and the anonymity and believe this is the future if we can keep it pure without the outside influence that seems to ruin everything it touches. I believe this is the solution to voting and have some good ideas for implementing that. I've got everything you might need including time stamped screenshots & videos showing the wallet not acting like the Lobstr Wallet.
I would be really happy with seeing the AMP Restored & the glitch fixed personally as it will help me & others generate faith.
I have a bunch of people sitting on the edge of crypto and I think the lobstr XLM experience is the best way to go for new people getting into this exciting adventure of investing trading and swapping which is far more fun and interesting than the best video games I've played. I'm looking forward to building an empire with XLM & Lobstr.
Ready Player 1
Thanks
Peace
