LOBSTR deleted my Stellar account and my XLMs have vanished

I just received an email from LOBSTR saying that my Stellar account has been deleted because I had not payed off a 1 XLM credit within 30 days of opening my account. My account had over $600 worth of XLMs before this happened. Now my LOBSTR wallet is showing a 0 balance. How is this possible? Is there a way to get my XLMs back?
