New to stellar, WORKING ON ASSETS

I hope you all are having a great day!

I just start learning stellar. But facing problem in the transaction process or not getting what actually going on. Process: 1. Two account created on testing network having by default 10000 XLM 2. Create an asset with one account as issuer and other one is receiver. 3. Make a transaction to receiver account with 1000 USD. 4. From sender account the amount deducted is 00.00001 now XLM left (9999.99999900) 5. But in receiver account i am having 1000 USD and 9999.99996 XLM

Not getting following point: 1.An 1000 USD amount is added in another account but deduction of 1000 XLM is not occurs. 2. i checked the transaction on stellarchain.io. Transaction exists.

Please all developers help me out whats going on in above process.

there 0.0001 xlm charge is 100 stroops and it is use as transaction charges to make sure the next work is not spammed

Ya i understand its a charge but the amount i send also need to deducted from base account which is not happening.

E:g: Account A balance = 1000 Transaction detail : amount send 500 +100(transaction cahrges)=600 Account A balance after transaction should be 400 but it is showing 900

I hope you are getting the scene through example

Before transaction base account XLM =9249.9999700

XLM->BST(custom asset) amount=1000

After transaction Base Account XLM=9249.9999600

Please help me out to understand what is the process or my mistake.
