XLM not deposited | from Binance to Bittrex

Hi all,

First of all... Yes, i really did put in the correct key. I copied and pasted it. And to be extra certain... I even did a test transfer of 25.1 XLM. I received this withdrawment within 3 minutes..

So after that succesfull test I deciced to transfer a large sum of XLM. This transfer has now status completed, but the amount of XLM is neither on Bittrex nor Binance.... Please help me retrieve my precious XLM. I would be forever in your debt. :slight_smile:

No still no XLM! Bittrex and Binance support is so slow.... I still havent got a reply.... Im clueless.. Got any tips for me? Im missing 25K XLM.

you have to include the "memo" in addition to the address or it will not appear in your account. this happened to me but with a deposit to binance. you have to contact bittrex customer service. you will get it back but it may take time. i still have not gotten mine from binance, it has been close to 1 week. it's a huge bummer - but with some patience you will get it back.

thanks for your reply. I made a ticket on bittrex 15 days ago. But due a overload on bittrex it may take a while before they respond. Hopefully they will credit it to me within a month.

Did this get solved for you? I did the same thing, submitted my support ticket to bittrex on 16 December. I'm wondering what kind of turn around to expect. But from what I've read, this is a common problem with XLM.

nope still not. Allthough I read positive story from others that they do get theirs credited. Unfortunally I still havent had a personal answer from Bittrex support.

Hello, For me almost the same problem. I used Changelly to exchange BTC into STR. After 2 days is no STR in my account. I use the Stellar Wallet. I used the correct key and the correct message.

HOW does one include the memo portion? Not even aware that was a requirement nor option.

On binance withdrawel screen. Its actually mentioned under the public adress field. For transfer to your wallet for example you can mark thr button not to include memo For other exchanges you can enter a memo For ex binance requeres an unique number ( so they know they have to tie the received xlm to your ID

I just got an email this morning. Mine has been credited to my account.

I responded to my support ticket around the 5 or 6 week mark. Got an email the next day, saying it was being escalated and that a manual credit was going to be done. And less than a week later, it was done.
