Questions about Stellar XLM valuation after IBM deal

I have a few questions in response to the IBM deal that will help me value XLM. (see video for more analysis and questions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MSKWoan6qgI )

Is there a way to see how many transactions are occurring on the Stellar Network. I am not talking about how much XLM trades, but I am asking how many trades of any kind that are occurring on the stellar network.

What percentage market share does IBM already have of payment processing computers at banks?

How long will it be before we start seeing transaction volume on the Stellar Network from IBM? And how is that volume doing already?
