Things I would like to know before jumping in are:
What are the legal requirements to start an anchor in The Dominican Republic? What kind of licenses would you need?
You said you were looking for investors. How much money do you intend to raise and what would you use it for?
Making money with anchors is not that straight forward. Do you have already a particular business plan in mind?
