paoruan Hi @"amadeuao"#3485 , i'm using https://launch.stellar.org. Unfortunately, i dont have save private (secret) key, i just have recovery key and username and email. Can another way to sign in my account signup from 2014
amadeuao Alright, If you can still access your account it means you can copy the secret key any time. Go to advanced settings or security you should have a way to display your secret key. Thank you

amadeuao Understood, In this case only the recovery key can be used to recover the account or try to reset the password with the email. I believe you can also contact the platform itself they should be able to help. Thank you
