Hey, all - I have just discovered that I may have been scammed for my XLM stored on a Ledger Nano S hardware wallet. I wasn't seeing my original purchases done back in 2018 when I recently set up the new Ledger Live application on my PC in mid-Feb, 2021, but then did a small test purchase to make sure it worked and that small purchase is showing up. I recently took my Ledger wallet out and checked in anticipation of doing another XLM purchase and that's when I saw that my original balance wasn't showing up. I then saw online that Stellar.org had been subject to a scam back in either 2017 or 2018 that I also wasn't aware of since I put my XLM on my Ledger wallet and stored it away, thinking everything was fine. Now I'm wondering if I was scammed somehow, but don't recall how that could have taken place over the last 3 years when I hadn't checked the account regularly that much at all and my XLM were all in the hardware wallet not connected to my PC. I used the Stellar.org Account Viewer a few years ago to view my balance on the Ledger wallet, but don't recall if I was asked to enter my private key or not on the Stellar.org Account Viewer or not. If I did, and that was part of the sophisticated phishing scam that was pulled off, am I out of luck on ever retrieving the stolen XLM or does Stellar.org provide some recourse since they must have had a serious security breach for this to happen? I'm prepared for the worst, meaning I lost it all, but want to get to the bottom of it so I know what could have happened and, more importantly, make sure it never happens again. I appreciate any feedback that can be provided. Thank you.
