XLM wallet installation

Hello everyone, this is Raylin from FEX.HK exchange, we want to install XLM wallet (Linux), but we met problems in it.

What we want to understand is:

first question, we use Net Core SDK, i have an exsited account, and when i reset the Account, how to fill in the "SequenceNumber"?

2, The second question is where can i get Net Core SDK document, we want to transfer XLM token from A to B

These questions are for developers, and it is very urgent for us to install a XLM wallet, hope you can help us!
