Account Merge Problem | Binance

Hi,

a couple weeks ago i send XLM to one wallet and i send all of them my XLM's. The Stellar system take this as an Account Merge.

For a reason XLM's doesn't pass to my wallet. And when i wrote this to the Binance, they say i need to talk Stellar. So i use Stellar Zendesk system, i create a request but nobody answer to me. I'm sure i enter the MEMO ID as a correctly.

So what can i do now? How i can reach my XLM's?

I am following this thread as I am facing the same issue as well. The balance of my XLM does not reflect in my Binance account after Account Merge.

So far no one answer me still. Binance Telegram support doesn't even look and Stellar doesn't have a different.

Hello, I ve got exactly the same problem.Hello, I tried to send a big amount of XLM from Black wallet to binance, i also wrote the memo to make correctly the transfert. But it didn't work out. I m afraid of losing it all. PLEASE HELP

Also i was try Black Wallet to Binance,

Black Wallet team response me about that and they say our XLM's doesn't lost and they recommend to Binance Support.

Still nothing change.

Now as far 3 people live this problem on this Title.

Hey,

There was a bug allowing users to merge their account with binance under certain conditions. It is now fixed :slight_smile: (Please note that however, there was a message telling not to merge if you were sending to an exchange)

For your problem, please contact the binance support and tell them that the payment was made using a "merge_account" operation instead of a "payment" operation.

Make sure to provide the transaction id or a link to the transaction. They should credit your lumens asap!

Hello, I didnt merge, i just wanted to send some XLM to binance from blackwallet. I still didn t get my XLM and i contacted binance support 3 days ago and haven t heard anything about them.

and i contacted binance but when i go to ''my request'' , it s written ''solved'' while i didn t get any responce from them. Please help

Most logical way pushing from Telegram Support, it's better than Zendesk System.

I have the same problem. Nobody warned me. It's a damn problem. Everyone losing 20 XLM on their wallets is one way to increase demands. Scam.

let me i give you a update. Binance complete the transaction after 1 month. My XLM's came back.
