Is there a list of all exchanges/brokers (outside of the Stellar DEX) that are trading Stellar custom assets / tokens?
One proxy I thought of was to look for high volume Stellar tokens like MOBI and see where they are traded, but that's incomplete and missing smaller exchanges:
