Fair XRP-XLM comparison

Hi all, I'm a long time XRP and XLM follower. I was there when JED started XLM project and I'm starting to follow it back. I'm trying to do a fair comparison between XRP and XLM, because long time ago it was a mere copycat of XRP, but now I see the project evolved a lot. I'm a big XRP supporter, but I have to admit I love more the targets and the goals of Stellar (I'm against banks). Please help me, and probably this comparison will be published on reddit, youtube, .... who knows ;)

Me too.. i hold both xrp and lumens early this year. which I don't understand why xrp fans so hate lumens ... is it because of the story about jed's background?

I'm missing a very important information about the consensus, which is the overlap in quorums to guarantee liveness and safety but it seems nobody analyzed it. Who can help?

Yeah I saw the video, but there are no numbers about minimum overlap to guarantee liveness and safety.
