Is it possible to combine the stellar and ripple networks?

Hi! I'm just wondering if anyone here knows if it's possible to combine these two networks so someone in the with a bank account on the stellar network can send it to a bank account on the ripple network and vice versa.

The simple answer to this is YES.

Below I have put a link to a PDF that was released yesterday from Deloitte showing how the Monetary Authority of Singapore is in the process of adopting Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), i.e Ripple and Stellar. On page 27 of the document you can clearly see the two networks mentioned by name!

Going forward this means that both Ripple and Stellar have a fantastic outlook, especially since Ripple is becoming the "goto" solution for banks and FIs.

What about waves and other color-coined exchanges? Or other DEX like superNET, ark, or blockNET?
