Can you explain your situation more? If you're trying to send bitcoin to a stellar address this will not work. The 2 blockchains are 2 completely different things.
You need to use an exchange for example to swap bitcoin for Stellar. But please read up more on how cryptocurrency works before sending anything - I think you need to.
